Coordinate with Board of Directors to accomplish organization’s mission, goals and objectives. Provide fiscal, strategic and managerial leadership to ensure long-term business strategies. Develop multimedia curricula. Provide oversight of the development and implementation of life-skills programs, counseling, and community services for students and families.

Provided case management services to 550 children and families, exceeding job expectations and duties. Provided academic and counseling services to students and families in need. Facilitated advocacy training skills to parents, while serving as the liaison for the community.
