I Am Success stands out as the flagship among our diverse programs, addressing the unique needs of student populations in Middle and High School and in higher education. This program is delivered in the classroom within the class day by trained RTV teachers and supported by RTV staff. RTV offers a myriad of support for teachers to effectively deliver the program. Start the “I Am Success” program by contacting Nelson Fernandez.nelson.fernandez@rtv.org We collaborate closely with educational centers, ensuring seamless integration into in-school classroom settings. This unique class is led by trained educators, supported by a dedicated Program Coordinator to enhance learning outcomes.
To ensure program implementation & administration is smooth. Program Coordinators serve as the back office of the program and assists with instruction & facilitation to remove the heavy load off teachers and ensure proper classroom management.
We understand that there are unique needs of our participants that must be met in order to ensure success in our program and keep them on a positive trajectory. Case Management services are provided to link participants to resources and services that cater to their various needs.
From our The Empowerment summit and T-shirt competition, to The Real Talk Symposium and table etiquette workshop, participants indulge in an array of activities to enhance and reinforce classroom instruction.

The I Am Success Program is a comprehensive educational initiative designed to empower youth with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in life. Through mentorship, character development, and leadership training, we equip young minds to navigate life’s challenges and thrive.
The program is open to middle and high school students and freshman college students in need or pursuit of personal and academic growth. We focus on character development, leadership skills, and goal setting to help students unlock their full potential. The I Am Success curriculum can also be purchased by small groups that would like to bring the program to their organization. Please see the Curricula page for more details.
